This full-day workshop will work through several scenarios that are common in education technology management. As we work through the scenarios, we will present content and generate discussion from participants on the needs of their specific districts. The workshop will link the Consortium for School Networking (COSN)'s Certified Educational Technology Leader (CETL) content and provide a pathway for preparation for the certification exam for those that are interested in pursuing CETL, a nationally-recognized leadership certification.
