In this hands-on, student-facilitated session, learn how to create a simple calculator using an online Java compiler. Two juniors from Bellows Free Academy High School will talk a bit about their Coding Club and teach participants how to do basic text-based programming. Bring a laptop or tablet to use the web-based IDE.

Workshop participants will be using the online IDE (Integrated Development Environment) from SoloLearn.com. The  web-based Java editor is located in their Code Playground.
